No Deposit & No Credit Card Options
Many of our rental partners offer cars without requiring a deposit or a credit card. These options are marked clearly in the filters and on each vehicle page. If a car is listed as No Deposit, you will not have any blocked funds taken at pickup. If a car is marked as No Credit Card, you may pay using a debit card or other accepted payment method. Availability may vary depending on season and location.
Driver Requirements
- A valid driving licence held for at least 1 year is required.
- International visitors may need to present a passport along with their licence.
- Some partners may request an International Driving Permit depending on the issuing country of your licence.
- Minimum driver age and young driver fees vary by provider.
Insurance Coverage
All cars come with basic insurance as required by Turkish law. Many vehicles also include extended protection such as CDW or full cover. These details are displayed under each car. For No Deposit cars, enhanced insurance may already be included in the price. Please review what is covered and what is excluded before confirming your booking.
Fuel & Mileage Policies
- Fuel policies typically include Full to Full or Same to Same.
- Most rentals include unlimited mileage, however some may have daily limits.
- Exact conditions are displayed for each car during the booking process.
Pickup & Return
You can pick up your vehicle either at Istanbul Airport, Sabiha Gökçen Airport or various city locations. Your booking confirmation will include the exact meeting point and contact details. For returns, follow the instructions provided by the local partner. Late-night and early-morning pickups are available for many cars.
Tolls & Traffic Rules
Most rental cars are equipped with an HGS toll system. Tolls accumulated during your rental will be charged to you upon return. It is your responsibility to follow local traffic regulations, speed limits and parking rules while renting the vehicle.
Changes & Cancellations
Many bookings include free cancellation if done before the pickup time. Check the cancellation policy on the vehicle page for details. If you need to modify your reservation, you can do so directly on the website by creating a new booking or contacting the local partner after confirmation.
